About Me
- Name: Jennifer Hess
Welcome! My name is Jennifer Hess. I have been teaching yoga to children for the last year after being certified by Karma Kids. It has been such a gift to be able to share yoga to children. Through yoga, children learn positive ways to handle the challenges that we all encounter on our life's adventure. I am always looking at new books on yoga and child rearing. I decided that I wanted to share my research, lesson plans, successes and failures as a way to continue to spread yoga off the mat into to the lives of children.

She sacrificed her singing career to become a homemaker? Hats off to her. We need more women like this who fulfill their true purpose in life.
